Patricia Oderkirk
This darling painting was created by Beyond the Brushes member, Patricia Oderkirk. Patricia is another one of the community originals, joining in September 2019.
Other than the portrait and fur painting courses through Beyond the Brushes, Patricia has no prior painting experience. She is intrinsically motivated to paint and currently does not have a business related to her painting. She said, "it's just me doing what I love."
When creating this painting, Patricia delighted in the adorable pup that served as her subject but even the sweetest of subjects have their own challenges. For this pup, she said it was deciding how to anchor the paws. If it is anything like my puppy, I understand why. 😂
In regards to her involvement in the community, Patricia said...
